It has a polished, modern look and tries to bring updated energy to the original film’s themes of finance, ambition, and consequence. The story is fairly straightforward, but it’s more about watching the characters navigate a high-pressure world than anything overly complex. It can feel a bit uneven at times, but it still holds attention thanks to strong performances and its sleek visual style. The pacing is steady, if not always exciting, and it leans more toward drama than thrill. Overall, it’s a solid watch if you go in without expecting too much intensity. I’d rate it a 6/10—decent, watchable, and a good setup mood-wise before something more visually immersive like TRON: Legacy.
