Susie Bright has been a film and TV critic for the national, Bay Area, and Los Angeles press since 1978. She was a creative contributor, as actor and writer, to The Celluloid Closet, Bound, Six Feet Under, Transparent, and The Virgin Machine, in addition to lending special commentary to Bunuel's "Belle de Jour" and Kamikaze Hearts.
