Ride or Die follows best friends Debbie Claybourne and Judith Burton who thought they knew everything about each other, except Judith turns out to be an international assassin. When a mysterious figure emerges from Judith’s past and a hit goes horribly wrong, both of their worlds are turned upside down as they’re forced to go on the run together. It’s a race against time and a road trip across Europe, with law enforcement, highly trained assassins, and some very dangerous criminals at their heels.

You haven’t seen someone trying to fight an assassin while being poisoned until you’ve seen Hannah Waddingham do it in the close confines of a luxury train. Go to Full Review

Ride Or Die isn’t quite the action vehicle Waddingham and Spencer deserve, but they both excel regardless, hitting the thrills and comedic beats with formidable and charismatic tenacity. Go to Full Review

Ride or Die is very efficient in terms of its own hit list: bouncy, well-acted and entertaining, the show doesn’t transcend its assorted genres but instead happily plays with them. Go to Full Review

[Ride or Die] is done with such shamelessly garish brio that only the most committed of spoilsports would allow themselves to be distracted by such things as implausibility and ludicrousness. Go to Full Review

Detail-obsessed assassins are a common character trope that shows like Barry and Killing Eve have been playing around with (and undermining) over the past decade. Go to Full Review

Light, fun, full of playfulness, humor and heart. There is not a lot of depth here, but the leads are so engaging you just want to hang out with them and get invited to their next adventure. Go to Full Review

Larry R @Lrice255 1h This is one of my most favorite action series now and I truly hope there will be season 2! Can't understand why anyone watching this would not be pulled into the incredible acting, storyline, and beautifully captured cities abroad. See more Joe T @JoeT03 17h I made it through one episode of female James Bond. A large portion of the show was spent allowing Octavia Spencer act like her husband is an incompetent child that couldn't do anything without her. Yeah, right. She is so brilliant that she didn't know her friend was a assassin. What a genius! Then we have a body double Waddingham. The love em' and leave em' James Bond. Joke #2. This is a dressed up girl fantasy given a ton of money from Amazon to churn out a copy cat spy series. I gave them a half star just for the scenery and production values. See more Allison M @Ally55 22h Ride or Die not bad all. I like Octavia Spencer. See more Kimberly R @RT5689042217879 1d Few episodes in, run of the mill stuff so far, but sticking with it. See more Love I @RT53803056 1d one of the best shows ever made. Insane attention to details, beautiful endlessly interesting scenery. The acting is beyond. I used to hate Octavia Spencer because I thought she was typecasted, until I realized she's literally a chameleon and is in so many of my favorite movies and played many of my favorite characters, but I never noticed because she shapeshifts so brilliantly. She FILLS her roles and plays with heart, and she delivered here. She's another Emily Blunt; follow her. And wow Hannah... unbelievable. The story, the writing, the wit.. the settings, the changing of time and daylight—everything was thought about. Surprisingly they left the "woke" stuff out, too which I am enamored. There was one "woke" joke in the entire series, and because it was one, it was really funny. And Octavia knew how to deliver so carelessly that it landed and didn't annoy. ❤️ See more Leah M @RT72527580 2d This was great, so easy to watch, nice glow- hilarious too and loved the story!
