Grainne N Nov 3 A beautiful film, totally believable, exposing the rawness of reality following the suddenness of death and the revelation of deceit. Anne McCrudden really shines as Catherine, Patrick Bergin as Anthony brings a comfortable and steadying influence to the chaos of loss and Jerry Fish provides the lift of colour and flair to the storyline. Directed magically by Dave Byrne, the other star of this film is the cinematography - showcasing North County Dublin at its absolute best. Loved it! See more Tracy L Oct 27 Beautiful and raw — a film that feels utterly real. The silence makes you uneasy, the light moments warm your heart. Anne McCrudden shines as Catherine, laying bare emotion’s through her eyes and body language: her grief, anger, creativity, determination, joy, and ultimate freedom. A simple, powerful, and deeply authentic movie. See more Michael O Oct 27 A beautiful film with great performances. Lovely cinematography. The story will resonate with everybody as it is universal. A clever conclusion that is not a cliché. Worth seeing. See more Joseph C Oct 27 Anne McCrudden is magnetic! So real. The film is beautifully shot. And the underscore weaves subtly, but with the depth of emotion carrying you through the film. The title song in the movie sung by Sibéal is stunning. Writer/director Dave Byrne has outdone himself with this one. See more Moviewatcher W Oct 27 A simple story, well told and beautiful cinematography. Wonderful performances by Anne McCrudden and Patrick Bergin with a great cameo by Jerry Fish. Go see it! See more Read all reviews
