Peter and Jan are "edukators," anarchists who break into wealthy people's homes -- never stealing, but serving notice to fat cats that their days are numbered. Along comes Jule, a poor student and Peter's girlfriend, who convinces Jan to help her edukate a businessman she owes money to. When Jule mistakenly leaves evidence behind, they must go back to the crime scene, where they are surprised and events quickly get out of hand.

Intent on undermining capitalism, a small group of radicals break into the homes of the wealthy, rearrange the furniture, steal nothing, and leave the following message: "Your days of plenty are numbered." However, when one of the break-ins goes wrong, three revolutionaries become kidnappers with no exit strategy and are forced to examine their own ideologies. The Edukators is an intriguing examination of faulty principles and how those principles evolve over time. Its style can be distracting at times (plenty of jump cuts that feel awkward and some erratic camerawork), but the film works due to its original idea, strong performances, and lots of crisp dialogue. The Edukators doesn't provide any answers, which is fine, but it is sure to incite dialogue regarding the successes and failures with Western ideologies.

The people we are supposed to be rooting for are awful people. Theyre idea of changing the world is to ruin peoples houses just because they were succesful in life. The two characters who are focused on the most are having an affair behind the third main characters back. They kidnap a man because he catches them robbing his house. This is also the same guy who sued the girl because she ran into him when she didnt have insurance. Hes in the right throughout this whole film yet is the one portrayed as the bad guy. Our protaginists are awful people yet are supposed to be portrayed as the good guys
