TheMovieSearch R @TheMovieSearch May 7 Run is a film that struggles to create emotional connection or narrative momentum, resulting in a flat and frustrating viewing experience. From the beginning, the movie feels directionless, constantly searching for purpose but never fully finding it. Instead of building suspense or meaningful character development, it drifts through scenes that feel disconnected and unfinished. The screenplay is easily the biggest problem. The writing feels uneven and disjointed, with moments that fail to naturally flow together. Rather than creating a compelling story, the film often feels like it is throwing random ideas at the audience without properly developing them. Because of that, the emotional stakes never land and the pacing becomes exhausting. The cast is also held back by weak material that gives little room for memorable performances or character depth.
