"Outcome" is a dark comedy that centers on Reef Hawk (Keanu Reeves), a beloved Hollywood star who must dive into the depths of his hidden demons after he is extorted with a mysterious video that's sure to shatter his image and end his career. With the support of his lifelong besties Kyle (Cameron Diaz) and Xander (Matt Bomer), along with his crisis lawyer Ira (Jonah Hill), Reef embarks on a soul-searching journey to make amends with anyone he could have possibly wronged in hopes of identifying the blackmailer. Co-writer and director Hill brings a unique lens to Reef's wild but spiritually cleansing, nostalgic and eye-opening trip down memory lane, where confronting his past might be the only way to rescue his future.

It’s hard to imagine this mumbling, shambling man holding multiplex masses in his thrall. As such, he’s a poignant void, but a void nonetheless, and even at a slim 84 minutes, Hill’s doleful film can’t keep us interested in his plight.

What a waste of Keanu Reeves talent. The only thing worse than the ridiculous script is Jonah Hill's obnoxious character and performance. I almost needed to leave the room whwnever he was on screen. SO ANNOYING! Cameron Diaz, Matt Bommer...wasted. What a shame. Couldn't even make it to the end of the movie. Thankfully, I didn't pay to see it in a theater!

Moving at a wonderfully brisk, intentional pace during its 84-minute runtime, it effortlessly transitions from sharp, laugh-out-loud Hollywood satire to quiet, vulnerable character studies without ever losing momentum. Keanu Reeves excels as Reef Hawk, playing against his real-life "nicest guy" image to add a brilliant layer of meta-commentary. Backed by a powerhouse cast including Cameron Diaz, Matt Bomer, and Hill himself, the film balances heartfelt sincerity with energetic comedic friction. It resists cynical parody, opting instead to deliver a memorable story about redemption and personal growth.

Would’ve loved to see where Keanu’s character took this film but just couldn’t handle the over the top character or Hill. Made it as far as the introduction of the crisis team in the boardroom and had to turn it off. Nope.

What started out as a promising movie....ended the moment Jonah Hill's character appears. Its a Woody Allen light......very lightweight, movie wasting the talents of Keneau Reeves who should stick to action films killing bad guys not movies. Turned it off after 20 minutes.

If the F word was out of the script this would be Oscar material. Jonah Hill ruined this. I think this is based on true stories and experiences. Uncle shared some introspect and folks this is real experiences. I like it but detest the F work every scene.
