Frans B @FransB May 14 Very hard hitting slice of life movie. Very well directed by Kathleen Hepburn. Well written and brought to screen. Amazing cinematography and visually stunning. Shirley Henderson absolutely excels in character, whole cast convincing in character. Filled with drama, reality of life, emotion, intrigue, suspense, twists and cold hard truths. So glad the filming locations in Canada are set mostly in the Northern remote areas, to evoke isolation and the harsh environment, it all adds brilliant ambiance to the story.
