Michael Newman seems to have it all but his wife, Donna, is increasingly frustrated by the amount of time he has to spend at work. Michael cannot find time to be at home until he meets an eccentric inventor who gives him a universal remote that controls time. At first, he happily skips the boring times until he realizes the remote is in control of his life, and he learns to cherish all the precious moments with his family.

This Adam Sandler vehicle borrows shamelessly from It's A Wonderful Life and Back To The Future, and fails to produce the necessary laughs that would forgive such imitation.

A remote-control gizmo allows Adam Sandler to skip all of life's bad stuff and blows the whistle on current culture's instant-gratification laziness. It'll teach your kids to learn to take the bad with the good.

Has an amazing life lesson. I don't understand why critics don't like this. It's has a good plot and the jokes are funny. It's sad yet its hilarious. Definitely recommend!

About as weak a premise as it gets. Comedy is meh. Sandler films at their worst. Even Beckinsale is rubbish. Waltz tries to redeem it but the whole thing is b movie quality at best. Watched on Amazon Prime.

was watching old Adam Sandler movies recently and decided to watch this one since i remember it used to be one of my favorites. however, this movie turned out to be extremely disappointing. i cant believe how bad it is. really cringey humor and it seems like not a single actor in this movie knows how to believably cry.
