08/07/2019 Jodi Sta. Maria was absolutely fantastic! She did a great job of demanding your attention anytime she was on the screen. The run time is pretty short, so you would think they would rely on scaring you from the beginning. You are introduced to the plot almost immediately but Clarita refuses to not give the needed back stories throughout. I wish the movie was a little more confident in its terror scenes. At times you could feel a lot of momentum building, only to cut to a back story. The overall layout of this movie was very unique and it certainly wasn’t afraid to be itself.
