Bodycam is a wickedly smart horror film that gives you goosebumps that sink into your bloodstream and rattle your brain. Go to Full Review

For a while, the found-footage horror thriller "Bodycam" appears to have something to say and, therefore, a better-than-average sense of how to handle its subgenre’s tropes and tics. Then, in the last 10-15 minutes, the illusion is spoiled. Go to Full Review

There is an undeniable energy and spookiness to this low-budget chiller, which makes intelligently modest use of digital FX in a way that some bigger-budget projections would do well to emulate. Go to Full Review

The blending of found footage with dark supernatural elements and a spooky house work quite well here. Go to Full Review

Jonathan B. @SyncreticTendencies 2d A real gripper from start to end. A bit like a modern retelling of Dante’s Inferno with a contemporary theological twist. An amazing movie - worth the watch! See more Eugene A. @Asqarman 4d I like shudder, but not this See more Dantez G. @dantez May 7 The cops pov is definitely a different and cool take, but it’s kind of a corny low budget movie with rubbish cgi and mid tier acting. See more asd A @RT51587961 May 3 First of all, i have to say that in almost every horror movie its really hard that doesn't fall off in the last minutes, so i usually enjoy more the way throught to the end, so its an acceptable movie, keeps the rhythm and the interest all the time. As i said almost every thriller-horror movie has this fall off towards the end, but wasn't that bad for this movie. If you like the "paranormal activity, REC, blair witch" vibe i think you woul'd enjoy it, not every movie has to be the best movie ever to be enjoyable and this one is the case, that said, if u didn't like those type of movies its not for you thats all. See more USLethal T @RT23031006 May 3 Credit where it’s due for the above average found footage cinematography, which in a genre flooded with intentionally grainy and distorted visuals is refreshingly clear. The acting is also actually not too bad overall, the leads are all competent and convincing enough, and the score hits where it has to. The issue is the theme. This isn’t a supernatural horror film. It’s a political film, and a blatantly partisan one at that. You’ll see one reviewer who praised this subject for its "defund the police" views, and that about sums it up. It takes some twists and turns but ultimately, it’s an anti-cop movie. It took what could have been a solid concept, and took the safest most predictable sociopolitical route possible. See more Josh S @RT21391133 May 1 Really enjoyed this one. Fast paced, and a nice tension throughout. The police body cam style looked authentic yet still high quality enough that it wasn't a detriment, a great job was done with the style. Have to imagine filming like this would be a challenge to overcome. Really liked the it from beginning to end - overall hits well above it's obvious budget limitations. Highly recommend checking this one out! See more Read all reviews
