This film is very by numbers with one of the biggest cliches in the whole Cat-And-Mouse Game. Once this becomes "Rogue Cop On A Revenge Quest", it's as Paint-By-Numbers as you can get. Absoultely nothing ground-breaking or interesting. The line "You have a very pretty wife" from the trailer takes away any shock and feels likes something anyone could write. It was soooo off target from the books that it almost made me stop reading the series. I mean the plot was nothing like the book and we had to get the whole racial stuff in there like it is 2021 still.
